Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Virgybam Video (virgybam.pro). These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you (the client) and our global corporate entity, PRATISHAT EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U80301JH2023PTC019962, registered in Jharkhand, India), trading locally as Virgybam Video. By browsing this website or submitting an inquiry form, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Offered

We provide video recording, editing, sound capture, and production services. All services are subject to a separate written Agreement or detailed Invoice signed before any physical camera work begins.

2. Booking and Payments

We charge flat-rate fees for our services as listed on our services page. To secure a specific shooting date, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The remaining 75% balance is due upon final delivery of your edited video files.

3. 10-Day Cooling-off Period (Provincial Consumer Protection)

Under Canadian provincial consumer protection laws, direct-agreement contracts signed in a consumer's home or off-studio premises are subject to a statutory **10-day cooling-off period**. Within 10 days of signing our production contract, you have the absolute right to cancel the agreement with written notice for a full refund of any deposit paid, provided that physical filming has not yet commenced at your request.

4. Editing and Draft Revisions

All standard packages include one (1) round of revisions. We will send you a draft copy of the edited video. You have 7 business days to submit a list of requested adjustments (such as cuts, simple text corrections, or audio levels). Major changes outside the original scope are subject to an additional hourly editing rate of $75 CAD/hour.

5. Intellectual Property and Copyright

Once final payment has been settled, you hold the full, permanent license to publish, share, and use the final edited video files for your business or personal needs. Virgybam Video and our parent company, PRATISHAT EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED, retain the right to showcase up to 30 seconds of the final footage in our portfolio unless you request written exclusion at the time of booking.

6. Force Majeure & Filming Cancellations

If we cannot perform a shoot due to sudden equipment failure, extreme weather, illness, or other events beyond our control, we will make every effort to schedule an alternative filming date. If rescheduling is impossible, we will refund 100% of your deposit. Our liability is strictly limited to the total cash amount paid by you.

7. Limit of Liability

Our video products are delivered in good faith. We do not guarantee specific sales increases, advertising success, or audience engagement metrics. PRATISHAT EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any lost revenue, business interruption, or commercial losses resulting from the use of our video files.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and all service agreements are governed by the laws of the **State of Jharkhand, India**, where our parent corporate registration is held. Any formal legal disputes must be addressed under the jurisdiction of the courts of Jharkhand, India, while local consumer rights of Canadian provinces are fully respected.
